This is the second piece of hemimorphite I have used in jewellery, and I rather like it! I had never even heard of it until quite recently. The piece of natural hemimorphite on this necklace is just under two inches long and is strung with a mix of mother of pearl beads, fossil coral, shells, wood and coconut shell beads. The necklace is nineteen inches long. It is threaded on strong cord with a sturdy lobster clasp.
All the items in this shop are handmade by me with great love and great care in my little studio on the Isle of Wight (well, sometimes I sit and make them on the beach too), a beautiful little island off the south coast of England.
